These Terms govern access to and use of GetSmartHire, an AI-powered recruitment platform operated by Altiora LLC.

Service provider
GetSmartHire is provided by Altiora LLC, located at Altiora LLC, 1001 S. Main St., STE 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, USA. Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@getsmarthire.com.
Use of the platform
Customers and users must use the platform lawfully, keep account credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and ensure they have the right to upload and process candidate information.
Roles and responsibilities
Platform admins manage the overall application. Company admin recruiters manage company users and subscriptions. Recruiters manage jobs and candidates according to company and ownership permissions.
Subscriptions and billing
Plan limits may apply to active jobs, candidates processed per month, recruiters, AI resume parsing, quiz generation, email sending, and auto-shortlisting. Stripe may be used for paid plan checkout and customer billing portals.
AI-assisted features
AI output may support resume extraction, matching workflows, and quiz generation, but customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making fair, lawful hiring decisions.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass plan limits, upload unlawful content, misuse candidate data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the platform for discriminatory or unlawful hiring practices.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Montana, USA.
Changes and contact
