Information we process
We may process recruiter account data, company data, job posts, candidate resumes, parsed candidate profiles, candidate quiz answers, interview details, notifications, billing and subscription data, usage data, activity logs, and application logs.
How we use data
We use data to authenticate users, provide recruiting workflows, parse resumes, calculate matching scores, generate and send quizzes, schedule interviews, send notifications, manage subscriptions, provide support, improve reliability, and maintain security.
AI processing
When configured and allowed by plan, resume text and job details may be sent to AI providers such as Gemini or OpenAI for resume extraction and quiz generation. We do not send local file paths or API secrets to AI providers.
Third-party services
We may use Stripe for subscription payments, SMTP or Brevo-style email providers for transactional emails, and Gemini or OpenAI for AI-assisted resume extraction and quiz generation when configured.
Retention and deletion
Recruitment records are retained while needed for platform operation, customer workflows, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and backups. Company admins should define internal retention rules for candidate data.
Security
We use role-based access controls, company scoping, authentication, server-side permission checks, masked secrets, and operational logs to protect platform data.
